Save the date! St. Mary’s is announcing its plan to host its Second Annual Family Oktoberfest!
Our Oktoberfest is intended to be a fund-raising event to help offset the cost of the installation of a more efficient heating system for the Parish Center at 99 Valley Road. This facility hosts many different groups in the community; hence, many will benefit from this improvement!
The event will be held on Sunday, October 13th from 12 – 3 PM. This is a family friendly event with plenty of food, live music and dancers, pony rides, outdoor games, and other fun activities for people of all ages! We do rely on our generous Sponsors for this event. Feel free to peruse the letter below which outlines the Sponsorship levels. You may submit your donations and sign up, and register your guests via the special ticket link (above) for Sponsors. Last year the Tent and the Pony Rides were a big hit we still need sponsors for these!
